Cleveland woman charged with fentanyl overdose death

CLEVELAND, Tennessee (WDEF) – Cleveland Department charged a woman with a medication overdose situation in 2015.

On August 24 th, Joseph Thomas was located dead in his residence.

Investigators located that he passed away of a fentanyl overdose.

Last week they charged Tracy Lynn Sheldon-Malamphy with offering the medicines.

She encounters costs of 2nd level murder, the sale/ shipment of Schedule II fentanyl, and also the conspiracy theory to offer/ provide the Schedule II fentanyl.
