CLEVELAND, Ohio – A man was discovered dead in a fire at his house in Cleveland’s West Boulevard area on Friday, cops stated.
Initial examinations exposed that the victim is paraplegic. Police were dispatched to the 10,000 block on Thrush Avenue, east of West 105th Street, at around 4: 30 p.m. Friday.
